5. Optimal length of the DC input line 8M or less, long cable will allow solar panels to the inverter DC voltage drop caused by wear and tear.

Warrenty and Guarantee:

In the normal case of use of this product, any raw materials or the production process by the quality problems caused by the date of purchase within one year, the unit responsible for the free repair. Once the warranty period, service center maintenance than I repair or modify the product, or improper installation, improper input voltage, improper use, accident or natural disaster, caused by the other person does not warranty product failure.

We provide 1 year warranty. If the item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. But shipping fee and insurance is not refundable.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

 

Shipping:

Usually, we will choose DHL or Fedex as the prior shipping methode without  client's special requirement. It is the fastest way. After goods ship out, a tracking number will be informed.

 

Payment:

The price we quoted was contained the shipping charge(door to door service). In some region, the local custom requires customer to pay tax. The such a little tax should be undertaken by clients.
